I think some back links could be helpful to get traffic to the site. Basically if you make deals with other sites to put a link on their page to your page and you do the same for them. To take it a step further you could offer the same idea with feeds. This could be helpful especially for this site and the many sites that host videos on youtube etc that are being shut down due to censorship.
