Republican Representatives Propose A Bill to Abolish The EPA

The bill proposes that the Environmental Protection Agency be eliminated by 2018, the same year that Sweden will implement climate laws propelling them towards a carbon-neutral future. The EPA exists as a federal measure to protect human health and the environment, a necessary piece to a fully functioning government.
